Polina Tyrina is a musician, singer, teacher, songwriter, and creative entrepreneur from Astana, Kazakhstan.
A multicultural mix, the union of East and West, experiments and endless research - this is what unites all the projects in which Polina takes part. The performer's repertoire includes songs in 11 languages - from Kazakh folk songs to Brazilian bossa nova, from Soviet pop classics to songs in Arabic. In all this cultural and genre diversity, one thing is invariable - warmth, sincerity and a high level of performing skills.
Having started her journey in the world of music with a club of bard song lovers, Polina won the hearts of music industry professionals - in 2019 Polina joined Konstantin Meladze’s team at the Voice show, and in 2021 she presented Kazakhstan at the Sharjah Heritage festival in the UAE.
In 2022 a video was released for the traditional Iraqi song “Mandal Dalooni” shot in collaboration with Azhar Kubba.
